In 2014, Ashley Capital acquired an 87-acre parcel in Sturtevant, Racine County, Wisconsin to undertake a multi-phased industrial development project. Ideally located along I-94 in the vibrant Southeast Wisconsin submarket, nationally renowned corporations such as SC Johnson, U-Line, and Amazon choose to take advantage of its proximity to major freeways, ample labor pool, and business-friendly environment.

The first phase of development at Enterprise Business Park began in 2014 with the construction of the 376,000 square foot Building II. Building II was completed in 2015 and has been leased to companies such as West Logistics, Andis Company, and Fresenius USA Manufacturing.

Ashley began the second phase of development in 2019 with the construction of Building IV, a 438,000 square foot building, followed by the third phase in 2020 with the construction of Building III, a 395,000 square foot industrial/logistics facility.

Ashley has recently renovated Building IV, formerly used by Amazon as a last mile distribution facility. It is a flexibile cross-dock building, can accommodate tenants from 40,000 square feet to 438,000 square feet and offers features such as: 36’ clear height, 76 dock doors, 8 drive in doors and an abundance of trailer parking.  

Given the success of Enterprise Business Park, Ashley Capital constructed Buildings V and VI. Each of these new speculative industrial buildings is 390,000 square feet, provides a cross-dock configuration, and can accommodate 40,000+ square foot tenants.

Buildings V and VI are now available for pre-leasing. Concurrently with the construction of Buildings V and VI, the Village of Mount Pleasant will make road improvements adjacent to Enterprise Business Park thereby providing more efficient access to/from I-94.
